Lead Audio Visual Technician (Dallas, TX area with significant travel)

This role is the heart of our company, because it is the face to the customer for all our installation and service needs. We rely on Lead AV technicians to lead others and get the job done! The successful candidate should have some or all of these requirements:

• At least 3 - 5 years of Crestron, Biamp (and other AV technology) and installation and service experience
• Installing and troubleshooting commercial Audio Visual technology
• Providing top-level customer service with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to oversee a team but also be a working lead
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Project Mgmt, Sales, and Engineering
• Willingness to work remotely with a significant amount of travel to various locations within the U.S.
• Prefer a Bachelors Degree, but not required
